Spain, Germany, Slovenia, Norway, The Czech Republic and Croatia participated in the We Go Green project, where Slovenia was the host. This was my first mobility and it was great. On the first day we were welcomed by Ljubljana’s mayor and we had a guided tour. The tour was fun and unusual because the guide told us some interesting things about the city and country. I was delighted how clean Ljubljana is and what they do to be more environmentally friendly. After that, we had in school Roška students presentations which I found interesting because every country helps the environment differently. The second day, we made a Youtube video about the environment. We had worked in groups and our title was: Plastic bags, no thanks! It was interesting to create our own video and publish it. In the afternoon we had a boat trip on Ljubljanica. It was beautiful. The third day we started in Mladinska Postaja Moste where we heard a lot about that organization. We were dancing in the school and we ha

In the morning, after breakfast, I went for a walk with my group and teachers to the nearby school. We stopped for a group picture with the other students in front of the school entrance and the principal directed us to the large classroom where most of the planned activities of this project will take place. The principal of the school gave us a speech and I learned that this is the last mobility of the We go green project. We also met our mentor Philip Pawlowski. We started with ice breaking activities and I got to know most of the other students through various fun activities. I also learned a little about the history of the school and the town. After a short break, I attended a German class and learned the basics of German such as introductions, conversations, and questions like do you have petsquot; or do you have a brother or sister;. After the lesson, I visited the City Hall with the rest of the students. We were welcomed inside by the mayor Karin Welge. She gave a speech and I

NORWAY How can you be more climate friendly? Food is not Waste The Croatian team is greatful for having this chance to explore this beautiful country and meet friendly and hospitable Norwegian people.  We are also happy we had an opportunity to research the topic Food is not Waste, contribute with our knowledge and learn more from our peers. All in all, such a great experience!        I am so glad I had an opportunity to participate in this amazing project. I had lot of fun and I learned many things about people and their countries and traditions. I loved every moment I spent with people my age from other countries. I met lot of wonderful and amazing people that I quickly became friends with. Norway is really beautiful, not only is the nature wonderful, but so are people really friendly. I will forever keep and cherish this project in special place in my heart. Tena Vavra, 2h Norway is a large country with a small population. Untouched nature all around us. Some parts reminded me of ou

Czech Republic - We go green Even though the Czech Republic is very close to us, I have never been there, in fact I have never even thought too much about traveling there. Given that the school offered us the opportunity to travel there as part of the We go green project, I decided to go. In my head, the Czech Republic was similar to Croatia, and in the end it turned out that way. People have a very similar character to us, they are all open, kind and like to meet new friends. We couldn't really coordinate our languages, so the simplest thing was for us all to speak in English together. Although it was easy for us to communicate with Slovenians, because they understand Croatian, and we understand Slovenian to some extent. I was most afraid of food, I'm quite picky when it comes to food. I have no problem trying new food, but I can't guarantee that I will eat it again. As for Czech food, there were good days and bad days, but we never went hungry because we had a store nea

We Go Green in Croatia  We finally got a chance to host our partners from Germany, Spain, Slovenia, Norway and the Czech Republic in our school.  It was our first hosting mobility a fter such a long time, and for us it was a great experience. We learnt new things, we got to know each other, we visited nice places, and most of all, we enjoyed having our dear guests here and having the mobility in Croatia! Romana Zelda This time our school was the host of Erasmus + project “We go green” and we were hosting people from Slovenia, Spain, Germany, Czech and Norway. On first day we went to pick them up in Zagreb, then we went on a trip to Medvednica and Medvedgrad. Personally, I have never been there so it was very interesting to me to see all the sights on the tour we had. I liked the museum in Medvedgrad because it had a lot of interactive things that you could have fun with. I also liked the view from the top of Medvedgrad, especially because it was still a little of snow. After Medvedgr
